Working with Maritime Solent and designed to align with the Gatsby Benchmarks for Good Career Guidance, the Seawork Training and Careers Day provides young people with valuable opportunities to explore careers, gain insights into the labour market, and connect with employers and professionals in the commercial marine sector.

Parties of students and young people (aged 13+) from local schools, colleges, training centres and universities tour the exhibition and marina and attend the two dedicated events.
